ANGELIA ONG WINS MISS PHILIPPINES EARTH 2015
24-year old Angela Gabrena Ong was crowned Miss Philippines Earth 2015 during the 15th edition of the pageant held on May 31, 2015.
Angelia will now represent the Philippines during the next edition of the Miss Earth Pageant in the last quarter of the year.
The runners-up were Miss San Antonio, Nueva Ecuja, Chanel Olive (Miss Philippines Earth-Air); Miss Bago City, Catherine Joy Marin (Miss Philippines Earth-Water); Miss Siniloan, Iloilo, Carla Angela Valderrama (Miss Philippines Earth-Fire); and Iloilo City, Jona Sweet (Miss Philippines Earth-Eco Tourism).
The winner of Best Cultural Costume was awarded to Miss Lipa City, Paris Silva and this traditional attire will be worn by the Angelia comes Miss Earth 2015. The designer was Chico Estiva Dos.
